Mensalidade da escola em SP deve subir 10% em 2012; saiba negociar

A mensalidade das escolas particulares (e de idiomas) no Estado de São Paulo deverá ficar cerca de 10% mais cara em 2012, segundo a estimativa do Sindicato dos Estabelecimentos de Ensino do Estado de São Paulo (Sieesp).

O índice supera a inflação oficial medida pelo governo: o IPCA acumulado no período de 12 meses até agosto ficou em 7,23%, segundo o IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística). 

A maioria das escolas particulares começa a enviar neste mês o boleto com o valor da matrícula para o ano que vem. Por lei, o valor deve ser definido e divulgado no máximo até 45 dias antes da data final da matrícula.

De acordo com o presidente do sindicato, Benjamin Ribeiro da Silva, o aumento tende a variar muito de uma escola para outra. “Já vi escola fazendo reajuste de 7% e também de 15%”, diz.

O presidente do sindicato afirma que o pagamento dos salários dos funcionários, o aluguel e as despesas com água, luz e telefone estão entre os gastos que têm maior impacto no valor das mensalidades.

Silva afirma, ainda, que a inadimplência do setor, na casa dos 8%, também tem influência sobre o valor cobrado pelas escolas.

A coordenadora institucional da associação de consumidores Proteste, Maria Inês Dolci, orienta os pais a tentarem negociar os valores com as escolas. “Principalmente aqueles que têm mais de um filho matriculado no mesmo estabelecimento”, diz.

Quem tem mais de um filho matriculado na mesma escola pode aproveitar para pedir um desconto na mensalidade. A Proteste orienta que quem tem um filho só na escola se reúna com outros pais na mesma situação –se o pedido for feito em grupo, a negociação tem mais chances de ser bem-sucedida.

Pela lei, os colégios devem seguir a inflação na hora de calcular o reajuste das mensalidades. Se aumentarem a mensalidade acima da inflação, precisam justificar o reajuste maior. Peça à escola a planilha de custos, com a previsão dos gastos para o ano que vem, para ver se o aumento se justifica.

Se, depois de analisar os gastos previstos para 2012, você considerar que o aumento é abusivo, uma opção é encaminhar sua reclamação ao Procon ou ao Juizado Especial Cível. Enquanto isso, é possível fazer depósitos em juízo (em bancos oficiais, como a Caixa Econômica Federal ou o Banco do Brasil), para garantir a matrícula enquanto não houver decisão sobre a eventual abusividade do reajuste.

Research suggests that real world interactions drive online friendships. Meanwhile, sales-oriented and depressing comments help drive friend removals. Facebook etiquette also plays a role, with updating too often, too little or having too many friends a consideration for some Facebook users.

Social media activity also plays a role in these decisions, as research indicates that men are more likely to use social media for careers/networking and dating – while women use social media for a creative outlet, to get coupons/promos or to give positive feedback. More men add friends based on business networks or physical attractiveness and women are more likely to friend based on knowing someone in real life or remove them due to offensive comments.
